As usual, we do not disclose the exact whereabouts of the location to protect it. We can tell you it is in the Virar area - The exact location will be disclosed 2 days prior.
Distance from Mumbai (Bandra E): 75 Kms
Approximate travel time: Less than 1.5 hrs from Bandra E.
We meet at the parking spot at 7 am.

If you aren't aware yet, then you should know that we do our best to host our outdoor trips responsibly and reduce the detrimental impact on the environment.
Since the past few years, we have noticed how social media, irresponsible & over-tourism in the Maharashtrian mountains has ruined the great outdoors we have. A significant number of treks in Maharashtra receive thousands of irresponsible humans that cause severe environmental damage.
In order to reduce the impact and not contribute to it, we host our experiences in lesser-known, hidden, or unexplored locations in the mountains.
When you do join us on this trek, there is a very strong request to keep the whereabouts of the location to yourself only.`
Basic Itinerary
- Meet at a parking spot in Virar at 7 am
- Transfer via our transport from the Virar parking lot to our farmhouse at the base of the mountain
- Hike up to the summit for 2 hours
- Relax & explore the vast summit area
- Open our meals atop
- Hike back down
- Back in Mumbai by late afternoon 4 - 5 pm
How we operate
If you have followed us for a while, you would know that all our experiences are exclusive and we cater to small group sizes only.
The majority of the tourism industry focuses on quantity (large numbers), while we prefer to focus on quality.
We do not cater to large groups and provide individual attention to all our guests.
Even though this impacts our revenue, we adhere to our principles to provide only the highest quality of adventure experiences in the country.

What you need to carry
1 Packed meals - One that you can consume for breakfast at summit.
1 Pair of clothes if we get the opportunity to swim. There are water cisterns atop the mountain.

Transport
You are required to arrive at the mountain base via your own vehicle.
The Google Map location shall be shared after signing up and a few days prior to the event.
In case you not have a vehicle, we are arranging an AC Vehicle (Car or Bus - depending on number of members that require transport) starting from Dadar and passing through Borivali on the highway. The charges for the same are Rs 1000. You can opt for this add on service when signing up.
