Cancellation Policy

Private Experiences
(Day Trips Only)

When you do make a booking with us, our team members block out dates on their calendars.  Since we are a small team, we also do reject any other enquiries that may come in for that specific date so that we can give our full attention to you and not compromise on safety systems we believe are essential for your trip. We also do put into place arrangements for your trip with us in advance.

To ensure we stay operational, we have devised the following cancellation policy on our Private Experiences

 

  • If you cancel 2 weeks prior to your experience, you will get 100% refund of your advance amount paid.

    If you cancel between 7 to 14 days from your experience, you will get 50% refund
     of your advance amount paid.

    If you cancel within 7 days prior to the trip start time, there is no refund of the advance amount paid.

     

  • To cancel your trip, drop us a mail at info@jackandhilladventures.com

  • The number of participants once confirmed will be charged at the full rate.

  • There are no refunds for “no-shows”, unless in case of an emergency at the discretion of Jack & Hill Adventures Travel LLP. 


For longer duration based experiences or for those hosting larger group sizes, the cancellation policy may vary. If so the same shall be shared with you prior to your booking confirmation.



Open Group Experiences
(Hosted on dates pre-defined by us)

All our experiences are extremely limited capacity events and every cancellation affects multiple dynamics of the trip & our planning.

To ensure we can stay operational, we have devised the following cancellation policy:
 

  • If you cancel 5 days prior to the trip start time, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • If you cancel between 3-5 days prior to the trip start time, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • If you cancel within 3 days from the trip start time, there is no refund

  • The number of participants once confirmed will be charged at the full rate.

Rock Climbing Membership Cancellation policy

Memberships once purchased and if unused can be cancelled 3 days after the purchase date to avail of a full refund.

Memberships cancelled after 3 days or if unused are not eligible for any sort of refund.

Please note that we will not be able to refund Payment Gateway charges which are usually 2.3% -2.5% that are added onto your final ticket price as that is something the gateway retains.
